Pulled Pork

Some recipes are too simple to taste as good as they do. These are the go to recipes for when you have no time but want to wow your guests. This is one of those recipes. We make it every summer for a big bash we throw and I think people come just for the pulled pork sandwiches.

Ingredients

Pork Roast/Boston Butt size of your choosing

V8 Original Flavor - enough to cover pork

Salt

Pepper

Smoked Paprika (optional)

Rolls - Your choice but we like the Hawaiian rolls

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Season pork with salt, pepper, and paprika if using. Place pork in crock pot and cover with V8 juice. Cook for 12-24 hours depending on the size of the meat. Once cooked pour out the V8 and shred the pork with forks. Mixed shredded pork with your favorite BBQ sauce and serve.
