Simply the Best Corn Bread!

No story really. Just the best corn bread you’ll ever have.

Ingredients

1 Stick Butter

8 oz Sour cream

4 Eggs

16 oz Canned creamed corn

3 Boxes Jiffy Corn Bread mix (No it is not the recipe from the box)

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in 9 X 13 pan

Mix all other ingredients and pour into pan

Bake at 350 until the edges are brown and it sets in the middle - about 35 minutes
